Duties and Responsibilities include billing, cash receipts, bank deposits, Point of Sale reconciliations, A/R collections and several monthly reconciliations (using excel spreadsheets)
Produce invoices, bank deposits, and point of sale conciliations, accounts receivable and collections tasks, other tasks as required.
Type of Equipment: Computer, phone, calculator, POS.
Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, Job task planning and organizing, use of email software, high proficiency with Microsoft Office specially Excel, high proficiency with
Accounting Software; Sage/Simply.
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Public transportation is not available
